Insanity results
Well here is a wrap of my in depth review of the insanity nutrition guide and workout plan. I experienced some shortfalls and some victories, but all in all it was a good experience. On to the results - Insanity results.
When I began the program my starting weight was 189
End Weight: 183 as of this morning
Amount Lost: 6 pounds
Starting BMI:26.56
Ending BMI:25.43
Starting Body Fat Percentage: 28.03% according to the online calculator that I used earlier.
Ending body fat percentage: 26.83% — This is the Insanity results!

My Thoughts: pardon me while I do a little victory dance here!! Woo hoo!! I did it OMG I did it!! Thanks to Insanity Nutrition Guide Thanks to the Insanity results!
If you have been making this journey with me each week, then you know exactly what I’ve gone through with my diet, the sickness that I went through, and the bouts of self-loathing that I put myself through. Besides all that, and my best efforts to sabotage myself, I still ended up losing 6 pounds so overall I’m pretty pleased. With any other program I’ve tried, the most weight I was ever able to lose was 3 pounds out of a two-month period, so this is double the norm for me. Needless to say I’m totally stoked, and while it might seem low to many people, this is a refreshing change for me.Thanks to the Insanity results again!
There’s one thing that kind of throws me off however, and that is the body fat percentage that I currently have. While I agree that it has improved, it’s still not as good as I was expecting due to the fact that I feel so great, and how much better my clothes are fitting me. Not to mention the fact that I weigh 6 pounds less now, and I’m quite confident that it was all fat loss, and no muscle, since I feel like a machine at this point. Right now I’m figuring that my calculations were off since the calculations were based solely on measurements that I took with a tape measure, and I probably got the them wrong. I can honestly say that the way I’m feeling right now as compared to when I first started the insanity nutrition guide and workout plan is night and day.
Regardless of all that however, I’m just completely stoked and my self-esteem is shooting through the roof simply because of the fact that I completed this program successfully, and that alone would’ve been worth it whether I had lost any weight or not. This exercise routine sends out endorphins like crazy and the high that it gives you is like nothing else. I haven’t gone through and completed the final fit test, so later on I will get to that, and if I remember to post the results of that I will.
If after reading my review of the insanity nutrition guide and workout plan you feel like it’s something that you want to buy, then you should really go for it. As the Insanity results, There are tons of other reviews on the Internet that you can spend weeks reading, or you can bite the bullet and buy the product and try it yourself. That’s the only real way that you’re going to know whether or not it’s right work for you. Look at me, I’m somebody that has PCOS, I binge eat, and who knows what other psychological issues I have, and I completed it. It’s truly a self-esteem and confidence booster like nothing else I’ve ever tried, not to mention the amount of energy and power I feel now. Get out there now my fellow fatty brothers and sisters and get it done.

r u serious? boy it dont take much to get u excited 6 lbs isnt even noticeable to any one..i lost 20 lbs in 7 weeks..oatmeal,brown rice, fruits and veggies only…oh yeah and nothing but water….i started at 187 lbs and now im a cut 167lbs…just put my mind to it and did it. problem with people is. that they r just too week minded…everyone stop feeling sorry for yourselves get mad and just do it..u dont need all that dumb video stuff its ridiculos..stop putting junk in your mouth its all under your control…the lbs will come off after your body adjusts trust me on this..
